Apple Releases New Version of Safari
According to a press release by Apple released today, the latest version of Safari is ready for release. Their public beta of Safari 4 is available for installation on both the Mac on Windows based PCs. This new version is able to run Javascript code close to 4 times faster than the prior version with something Apple calls the Nitro engine.
New Features
New features of Safari in the beta release in addition to the Nitro engine include Top Sites, Full History Search, Cover Flow, and Tabs on Top, a new tabbing interface. The company feels this release is the fastest and most efficient browser available on the market for both the Mac and the PC. Claims include the ability to load pages three times faster than both IE 7 and Firefox and the ability to run Javascript 30 times faster than IE 7.

my sister has a mac and says that its the greatest browser even better than firefox considering all of the cool features behind it
