With the use of Twitter, JobCircle.com is allowing employers to find and hire new employees. Social Media Recruitment Pack, kind of a boring name, but the product utilizes Twitter pages to post job openings to a vast number of job seekers quickly and efficiently. Anyone with a Twitter account can access the job postings and find their next position before it is widely publicized. This direct and instant job recruitment could be the wave of the future.
Twitter has become one of the fastest growing web sites with over 1,000% growth last year. Now over 7 million users following and corresponding with others through the popular micro-blogging technology, the social media site has changed the way people interact online. Plus Twitter API allows for companies to create applications that interact with the data on Twitter making it even more enticing to technology minded individuals.
