With the use of Twitter, JobCircle.com is allowing employers to find and hire new employees. Social Media Recruitment Pack, kind of a boring name, but the product utilizes Twitter pages to post job openings to a vast number of job seekers quickly and efficiently. Anyone with a Twitter account can access the job postings and find their next position before it is widely publicized. This direct and instant job recruitment could be the wave of the future.

a thousand percent of growth? wow that is impressive... yes twitter is getting bigger by the day and it must be real popular since oprah is now using twitter, who would've thought she would join in? :)
